Accessibility & Website Disclaimer

Our Commitment to Inclusion and Accessibility

Bare Naked Kitchen (BNK) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and, in doing so, adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

This website strives to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly for all people.

Please be aware that our efforts to conform to these guidelines are ongoing.

While BNK is committed to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.

More Label Tags

Adding missing label tags and title attributes to our website will make it easier for customers to find the information they need in fewer keystrokes. People who have difficulties using their hands or who experience pain when doing so can benefit from additional label tags that bring up the content with less effort.

Alternative Text on Images

Non-text content can be difficult for some people with visual or cognitive disabilities to interpret. As such, we’re integrating more alternative text on images throughout the site. Alternative text lends the content descriptive meaning and can be read by search engines.
